Assignment 1:

 black and white portraits like historical portraits of artists and authors. I was inspired by the website nitch.com and my models will be authors and artists I know incliding teachers and friends. 

Assignment 2: 

Night life portraiture implementing light streaks and blurring along with motion and flash showing expression through technique. I was inspired by Ryan McGinley's first book, the kids are alright, and I will use friends and strangers as models. 

Assigment 3: 

35 mm film portraiture that describes my interpretation of  literature. I was inspired by the emotion and nostalgia that I have been able to achieve in film before and the saying that a picture says a thousand words. If a pic can speak I want to see if I can get it to say poetry. Models will be whomever fits in the lit I pick.
